Pricing

Hourly pricing, no contract.

A plan from $9 a month for the platform, plus the infrastructure your store runs on, metered by the hour. Every number below is the one your invoice is built from.

Plans

The plan is what you pay for the platform. Infrastructure is the same hourly price on every plan — the tiers differ only in how much of the platform you can use.

Each line is a real machine provisioned with your store, on the Studio plan. Nothing is bundled or estimated — this is the bill.

Monthly figures are the hourly rate over 730 hours — the same arithmetic the dashboard shows you in real time.

How billing behaves

The rules that decide what lands on the invoice.

Machines are billed per hour. Resize before a sale, drop back afterwards, pay for what ran.
Stopped machines cost nothing. Their disks are kept, the meter is not.
No contract and no minimum term — cancel from the dashboard and billing stops at the end of the period.
Prices are the same whether you run one store or ten. There is no per-seat charge for your team.

Questions

What exactly is the platform fee for?

The control plane: the deploy pipeline, provisioning, backups, monitoring, domains and the dashboard. Infrastructure is billed separately at an hourly rate so you are never paying for capacity you turned off.

What does “first month free” on Solo mean?

The Solo plan fee — $9 — is waived for your first month. The machines your store runs on are metered from the first hour, because they cost real money the moment they exist. Cancel within the month and you pay only for the hours your infrastructure ran.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, from the billing page. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. A downgrade is refused while the team is using more than the smaller plan allows — remove the extra sites or members first so nothing silently stops working.

What happens if I outgrow a machine?

Resize it from the dashboard. The machine is powered down, resized and brought back with its memory settings re-tuned to the new size — MySQL buffer pool and OpenSearch heap included.

Where does my store actually run?

On dedicated machines in your choice of region — EU, US or Singapore — one per role: application, database, cache and search, rather than shared tenancy. You can attach a public endpoint to the database when you need to reach it with your own tools.

Is VAT included in these prices?

Prices are shown excluding tax. Stripe calculates and collects VAT or sales tax at checkout based on your billing address, and your invoices are available in the dashboard.

Can I bring my existing store?

That is the usual way in. Import your current database dump, sync pub/media onto a volume, deploy your real branch on a temporary hostname, then move DNS when you are happy.
